We happily accept cash and all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Please note: We offer dual pricing to give our customers the best value, with special savings for cash payments.
If a part is being shipped to you, we can provide a tracking number. If you are picking up your part, we will notify you once it has arrived.
If the part you ordered is not needed, you are able to return the product within 30 days of original purchase. Restocking and shipping fees may apply.
We will make sure the fitment is correct once you’ve provided us with your vehicle identification number (VIN).
All of our parts come with a 6-month part-only warranty. We also offer customizable 1-3 year part and labor warranties. Please ask your salesperson for details.
We do not offer any installation services. If you need help finding an installer, we will be happy to recommend several local shops we work with on a regular basis.
A “core” is what the industry calls your old defective part. We want cores to rebuild and recycle. Many of our parts have refundable core deposits. This means you pay a temporary deposit at the time you buy a part. Then, we fully refund the deposit once you bring us your old part.
Let us know when your core is ready, and we will schedule a pickup as quickly as possible.
We do not buy automotive parts.
We are a full-service recycler, meaning we will pull your part, confirm it meets our quality standards, and stage it for delivery or pick-up. We do not offer a U Pull It option.
